Dr. Sharmila Dilipkumar Ghongade is an accomplished academic professional and entrepreneur with a Ph.D. in Marketing from Pune University. She currently serves as an Assistant Professor at AES Institute of Management & Research in Narhe, Pune, bringing valuable experience from her previous roles in education and business development. Notably, Dr. Ghongade is also the founder and owner of Blossom Babies Preschool and Daycare in Ambegaon BK, showcasing her entrepreneurial spirit alongside her academic pursuits.

As a valued member of AESIMR, Dr. Ghongade has made significant contributions to the institution’s development. She has played a crucial role in the NAAC accreditation process, successfully handling Criteria 7, which focuses on institutional values and best practices. Additionally, she serves as a coordinator for the International Research Conference on Management and Multidisciplinary Studies (IRCMMS) 2025 and holds the position of Head of Sport & Cultural Committee at the institute.

Dr. Ghongade has established herself as an active researcher with several published papers in reputable journals, covering topics such as celebrity endorsement, income tax awareness, and influencer marketing. Her research work includes studies on digital marketing and block chain technology, analysis of influencer marketing impact on Gen Z consumer behavior, and research on organic food industry growth in India.

She has also successfully obtained a patent for an Employee Work Time Tracking device, as evidenced by the UK Design Registration Certificate (Design number: 6367903) granted on June 3, 2024.

Her diverse educational background includes a Ph.D. in Marketing, MBA with specialization in Finance and Marketing, M.A. in Economics, and BBA. This multidisciplinary foundation, combined with her practical experience in both academia and business, demonstrates Dr. Ghongade’s multifaceted approach to professional growth and her commitment to education at various levels.
