Dr. Vaishali Sameer Kulkarni is an accomplished academician and educationist with over 20 years of experience in the field of education. She holds a Ph.D. in Education, along with M.A. (English), M.Ed, SET, and DSM qualifications. Currently serving as the Principal of Abhinav English School CBSE, Narhe, Pune, she has been instrumental in fostering academic excellence and holistic student development.

Prior to her current role, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Abhinav B.Ed College for 12 years, significantly contributing to teacher education. Recognized for her expertise, she has been nominated as a CBSE Inspection Committee Member by the CBSE Affiliation Unit, Delhi and has been invited as a speaker at various forums on topics such as “Challenges of Digital Transformation in Education” and “Activity-Based Teaching-Learning.”

Dr. Kulkarni has presented research papers at international, national, and state-level conferences and has also played a major role in achieving the International School Award from the British Council. Her contributions to teacher training are noteworthy, as she has hosted training programs on Life Skills, Stress Management, and Happy Classrooms for CBSE school teachers.

In recognition of her leadership and contributions, her school has received the “School with Most Impactful Learning” award. She has also worked as a Co-Coordinator for the NAAC Peer Team and served as a paper setter and evaluator for B.A., B.Ed., and M.Ed. courses. Additionally, she was the Co-Editor of a college magazine that won First Prize at Pune University.
